Definition
Custom software is a system designed and built specifically around the needs, processes and objectives of your business.
Each module is designed around the way you actually operate, so spreadsheets and manual processes are no longer needed. The system applies your business rules exactly as you work with them.
On this pageCommon custom software projects
The code, the data and the documentation are yours. There are no per-user licences, so bringing someone onto your team does not add another fee, and any senior team can take the project forward.
On this pageWho owns the code and the data?
It integrates with your invoicing, your online shop or your CRM and with your historical data, so that your team works in a single environment.
On this pageProcess automation
Its architecture accommodates new modules, more users and a greater workload. Each extension arrives in phases and is built on what already works, with planned deployments so that your team can carry on working as usual.

Method
Your project is developed in weekly sprints, each with a fixed objective and price. That way you see it move forward every week through deliveries you can test, and you keep control of the work at all times.
The process
Before we start
I analyse your idea in depth and propose a first sprint with a fixed objective and price. It is entirely free and places you under no obligation.
DeliverableThe quote for the first sprint, in writing and itemised.
Sprint by sprint
In each sprint I design and build a complete part of the system, and the project runs through as many sprints as it needs.
DeliverableAt the close of each sprint, a working part of the system that you can test.
Once the scope is covered
When the system covers the agreed scope, I put it into production within the final sprint, and you choose how to continue according to what the business needs.
DeliverableThe system in production, with its complete documentation.

Every growing business accumulates manual work and scattered data. These are the projects I most often build to solve it.
It replaces the spreadsheets and emails your team relies on to organise itself, and orders its work by priority.
Request a proposalIt moves information from one tool to another at any hour of the day and keeps a record of every operation.

Tell me about your projectTechnology stack
A system designed to last needs a solid foundation. I build on mature, widely adopted technology with constant security updates, so that your application remains easy to maintain and to extend as the years go by.
The stack I use most often, in an internal management application with an AI assistant. On every project, the technology is chosen after analysing its requirements.
A mature ecosystem, with constant updates and security patches, allows me to deliver quickly and with guarantees. And because it is such a widely used technology, your project is not tied to a single developer. Any senior team could take it forward.
I integrate AI models through a single gateway such as OpenRouter, which makes it possible to switch models without rebuilding the integration. I can also use the APIs of providers such as Anthropic or OpenAI directly if the project requires it.
I usually deploy on Hetzner servers with dedicated resources in the European Union. If your organisation requires it, I can also work with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, your own servers or any other environment you are familiar with.
Questions
Here I answer the questions that usually remain before we start, from ownership of the code and hosting to confidentiality and working with agencies.
You do, always, including when the system is hosted on my servers. You receive the complete code with its documentation and, if you wish, the repository in your name. Your data is used only to make the system work, and if the project includes artificial intelligence, I work exclusively with providers that do not use it to train their models.
Back to the definitionThat depends on where you would rather have it. If I host it, the servers are contracted in my name and hosting is included in a tailored maintenance plan, sized for your system and itemised in the development proposal. If it is deployed on your own servers or platform, they remain in your name and you have no monthly cost with me, although you can still take out that plan. No plan has a minimum term, and if you leave, I hand over the system with its documentation so that you can deploy it wherever you choose.
Back to the definitionEach sprint has its own fixed price and is approved before it starts, so you never pay for work you have not accepted. If the scope grows, I set out the additional sprints and their cost in writing, and you decide whether to continue. In Labs you have four examples of custom software with their weeks of work and their price.
Back to the definitionYes. I sign whatever confidentiality agreements you need, including before the initial proposal if preparing it requires sharing sensitive information. When the system handles personal data, I also sign the data processing agreement that the GDPR requires.
Back to the definitionNo. The stack you see is the one I use most often, but I work with other technologies and environments when the project calls for it. The choice depends on what you want to build, and I set out the reasons for it in the proposal for the first sprint.
Back to the definitionYes. I develop under white label for agencies that do not build custom software and for international consultancies, in Spanish or in English. Write to me and we can discuss it.
Back to the definitionIt is enough to tell me what you want to solve and how your team works today. With that I prepare the proposal for the first sprint, and during development I only need one point of contact to validate each delivery. If this is your first commission, in Labs I gather the eleven questions for the first meeting.
Back to the definitionGuarantees
Neither the size nor the length of the project changes these terms. They apply the same to a five-page website and to a system built over several months.
Every price, published
There is no ‘contact us for pricing’ here. Every service publishes its price with the breakdown, and where a fixed price does not apply, I publish how it is calculated.
Fixed-price quotes
Every requirement is analysed in detail before quoting, which lets me give you a closed price with no surprises along the way.
No fine print
I bet on transparency in both pricing and scope. Every quote states what it includes and what it leaves out before you sign anything.
One point of contact
Whoever quotes your project is the one who designs it, builds it and answers once it is live, with no account managers in between.
Tell me what you have in mind or what you need built, and I’ll reply within 48 hours with a detailed assessment and a realistic scope.
